YNDI Participation in Quality Assurance Training in Brussels, Belgium

From February 22nd to 28th, YNDI took part in the Quality Assurance for All: Youth Work, Intersectionality, Evaluation training course held in Brussels.
The course provided an opportunity to deepen our understanding of evaluation techniques tailored to youth work while integrating intersectionality principles into assessment processes.
Throughout the training, participants engaged with the Quality Assurance model, reviewing and providing feedback to refine its final version. The sessions also focused on practical ways to apply the model in non-formal education, with a lens of human rights, and inclusivity.
By exchanging insights and experiences with youth workers from different backgrounds, the training showed the importance of equitable evaluation methods in youth work.
This Training Course is part of the Erasmus+ KA2 project Quality Assurance for All – Ensuring quality of youth work through intersectionality and human rights (2023-2025).
