Our ESC Volunteer Rashed in Arad, Romania

Hello! I am Rashed from Jordan and I’m 26 years old. I started volunteering when I was 17 years old, because I have always believed that volunteering and helping others is one of the best things we can do.
Today I am living a new volunteer experience in Romania – Arad Through the YNDI organization in the ESE Volunteer program, with the aim of doing extracurricular activities and events for school students, refugees and people with disabilities. My talent is drawing, cooking, getting to know other cultures.
I participated in many opportunities and activities outside Jordan and volunteered in more than one country. Today I am living a unique experience because through this opportunity I was able to develop my language and get to know new people and cultures. Of course, I benefited from the programs and activities that we do for children.
Today I am in Romania – Arad and I started my journey with volunteering, learning, knowledge, and certainly new adventures by exploring the place and getting to know the cultures and traditions here.
My journey of volunteering and learning has not yet ended, and I am continuing it here in Romania. I certainly advise all young men and women to participate in such opportunities, because it really helps them get acquainted with new cultures and friends from different countries, and for sure they can develop their language level.
