Our ESC volunteer Motaz in Bals, Romania
My name is Mutaz, a 26-year-old IT Specialist originally from Jordan. I have recently relocated to Bals, Romania to partake in an extraordinary endeavor that I am thrilled to share with you all.
The decision to leave my home country was not made lightly. However, the opportunity to contribute my skills and experience to a project that promises such profound impact was a call I could not ignore. This initiative, in its nascent stage, has already shown great potential and I am eager to be a part of its growth and success.
Despite the initial unfamiliarity of a new location, the professionalism of the project team and the clarity of their vision instantly resonated with me. The blend of innovation, commitment, and collaboration I have witnessed in these initial days is truly commendable.
As an IT Specialist, my objective is to leverage my knowledge to help streamline processes, optimize performance, and ultimately contribute to the overall success of this project. I am excited about the challenges and learning opportunities that lie ahead.
In the coming months, I look forward to sharing our progress and achievements. I am confident that our collective efforts will yield results that we can all be proud of.

انا معتز عمري 26 سنة من الأردن. من شوي انتقلت لبلد جديدة، بالش في رومانيا، عشان أشارك بمشروع كثير مميز.
قراري بالسفر من بلدي كان صعب بس الفرصة للإسهام بخبرتي ومعرفتي لمشروع بيعمل تأثير عميق كان دعوة ما قدرت أتجاهلها. هالمشروع، بالرغم من كونه لسا ببدايته، بالفعل بدأ يبين قدرات عظيمة وأنا متحمس لأكون جزء من نجاحه.
بالرغم من الغرابة الأولى للمكان الجديد، لكن الاحترافية اللي شفتها من فريق المشروع ووضوح رؤيتهم صارت شيء جداً واضح لي. الابتكار، الالتزام، والتعاون اللي شهدتهم في الأيام الأولى كانوا جدا مشجعين لأستمراري بالمشروع أكثر وأكثر.
كخبير بتكنولوجيا المعلومات، هدفي هو استخدام معرفتي لتسهيل العمليات، وتحسين الأداء، وفي النهاية المساهمة في نجاح المشروع. كثير متحمس للتحديات والفرص القادمة
في الأشهر التالية، رح أشارك معكم التقدم والإنجازات اللي رح نحققها. أنا واثق أن جهودنا الجماعية رح تجيب نتائج نفتخر فيها جميعاً.
