Our ESC Volunteer Abdallah in Bals – Romania
Hello world, I’m Abdullah from Jordan, I’m 28 years old, I specialize in culinary arts, and this matter is essential in my life, which I consider my passion, but wait!
Before I joined the volunteer work project in “Bals” in Romania through the “YNDI” community, I didn’t know that I had other capabilities and skills that I didn’t know before, but now I know them through experience!
Through volunteering, you will discover yourself more and you will feel grateful for all the moments that you live.
After three months of joining the project, I can say that I have developed several aspects of my personality, and I have acquired new skills in several aspects.
I will mention some of them:
Social communication skills, acceptance of others, listening and understanding, language, dealing with different circumstances, self-reliance, ability to adapt and engage in an environment different from my previous culture, making new friends, influencing the local community positively.
I thank everyone who supported me, helped me, and gave me the opportunity to see things from a different perspective, I’m here continuing to give and give my best.
