Training course for mentors co-organized by SALTO EuroMed in Rabat, Morocco
YNDI took part in the training course for mentors co-organized by SALTO EuroMed which took part in November 11th till 16th in Rabat, Morocco.
The training focused on identifying expectations of ESC Mentors: question the position and share good practices of mentors, it also touched upon different topics like conflict/crisis management, integrating the cultural aspects of volunteering, support the valorization and recognition of learning!
