Sparking Change: Enhancing Community Impact in ESC Activities

YNDI participation in the training course: Sparking Change: Enhancing Community Impact in European Solidarity Corps Activities, 14 – 18 October in Rotterdam – Netherlands, by the Dutch National Agency for Erasmus+ Youth, Erasmus+ Sport and the European Solidarity Corps.

This training worked with the design thinking methodology to help in finding solutions to some of the challenges in creating, managing and measuring community impact.

The training course is designed for people active in the implementation of volunteering and solidarity projects to take the quality and impact of the activities to the next level by:
● Understanding community impact.
● Gaining insight in how impact can be created and measured.
● Becoming part of a group of like-minded peers, bringing knowledge from all over Europe and beyond.
● Learning about community impact in European Solidarity Corps activities in the Netherlands.
● Working on concrete actions that can be implemented in the activities on short notice.
