Lama’s Inspiring Volunteering Journey in Lydie, Czech Republic!
At the start of my volunteering experience with children with disabilities, I had many expectations. Now, midway through this journey, I’m thrilled to see those expectations taking shape.
Since day one, the support from the teachers and my supervisor has been incredible, helping me feel comfortable and confident. Working with the children has been nothing short of fascinating—it’s teaching me life-changing perspectives, including empathy, compassion, and gratitude.
Beyond the rewarding work with the kids, I’ve had the chance to spend quality time with other volunteers, immerse myself in Czech culture, and get hands-on with creative projects for various occasions.
This experience has truly been remarkable, and I’m excited to continue making the most of it!
مع بداية تجربة التطوع مع الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة، كانت لديّ العديد من التوقعات. والآن، وأنا في منتصف هذه الرحلة تقريبًا، يسعدني أن أرى تلك التوقعات تتحقق.
منذ اليوم الأول، كان الدعم الذي تلقيته من المعلمين والمشرفة مذهلاً، مما ساعدني على الشعور بالراحة والثقة. العمل مع الأطفال كان رائعًا للغاية، فقد علّمني العديد من القيم التي لم أكن أدركها من قبل.
إلى جانب العمل المثمر مع الأطفال، أتيحت لي الفرصة لقضاء وقت ممتع مع المتطوعين الآخرين، والانغماس في الثقافة التشيكية، والمشاركة في مشاريع إبداعية مختلفة.
